Praise the Lord Church! Please be in prayer for our family. We are battling many storms right now and need God's strength, peace and direction in our lives. I know we serve a God that is able to turn any situation around for our good and we are trusting in him to do that. Please be in prayer for mine and Jon's health, which just seems to continue deteriorating more and more and also our finances. With Jon being back on a cane to walk we have taken a huge cut in income and we need God to move! Also continue to be in prayer for my daughter Staci about her knees. She got the results from her MRI's and it doesnt look good. She has a large mass of dead bone and cartlidge in her left knee. I believe that they are planning on scoping the knee first to see just what they are facing and then make a decision from there. If she has the surgery that he's talking about she will be out of work and on crutches for at least 8 weeks and then will not be able to do long standing for at least 9 months. She is a back door manager at Winn Dixie and it requires her to stand and to lift. We serve a God that STILL heals and I'm praying that he will heal her before it ever gets to surgery! Praise God for his goodness and mercy in our lives. He is so good to us! Lord Bless... Sis Suzi
Sister Suzi talks to a young lady in her building who just this morning lost her best friend to cancer. The young lady who passed was named Kathy Brooks. She left a husband and a 12yr/o son behind. Please be in prayer for the Brooks family. AQlso pray for her friend who requested prayer. I am sorry. I don't know her name, but we have an all knowing God. He will know who we are praying for. Praise the Lord!!!! Thank you all so much for all of the prayers you have lifted up for our family. I ask you to please continue to pray for Monte's Dad (Larry) and his mother (Kathy). They need strength and encouragement!!! His mom especially. She is missing a lot of church to stay with Larry because he cant be left alone. He is really weak but still tries to do things. They were both able to go the church Tuesday night and she says that she can tell that Larry is really more encouraged now. Please pray for this situation. God is still able to heal Larry at any time. We love him and would like more time with him and praise God for his salvation. Whichever way it goes, Larry is victorious!!!! Please pray for my immediate family as well. Monte is out of town every week with his job (supposed to be a temporary thing) and our family is strained. He comes in from Indiana on Friday nights and we drive to Mississippi to be with his family. Just pray for us...Thank you all for your love. We love our church and praise God that He lead us to this fellowship.... Also I want to give praise to the Lord for bringing my brother Billy home from Iraq safely after his second tour.....
Please be in prayer for Staci Gaither(Sister Suzi's eldest daughter). She has had problems with her bones all of her life(she and Laura as well). She got the results from her MRI and the doctor told her that she has a large mass of dead cartilage in her knee,as well as dead bone. Please pray in Jesus' Name for healing in her body. She is only 22years old, and has a one year old daughter to care for. We ALL know God is able to fix the problem before the surgeon even touches her. Lord Bless Bro. Jon
